MPPR applies a 50% reduction to the practice-expense (PE) component of the second and subsequent "always therapy" units furnished to one patient on one day — across PT, OT, and SLP combined. The work and malpractice portions are never reduced. Add-on ("+") codes and E/M are excluded.
