Nursing classification (25 groups) depends on clinical conditions, services, and the nursing function score — pick the group from your MDS / grouper.
The nursing function score computed on the PT/OT tab feeds nursing classification; this picker lets you set the resulting group so it joins the HIPPS push.
PT/OT, SLP and NTA are computed from your entries; Nursing is selected manually; AI defaults to a 5-Day PPS. The button hands every set component to the calculator at once.
The SLP group letter and the HIPPS group→character crosswalk carry the same "verify against the CMS grouper" caveat as before.
How it fits together. PT/OT uses the clinical category + Section GG function score (0–24). SLP uses cognition (BIMS), acute-neuro / comorbidities, and swallowing/diet. NTA sums the 50 comorbidities into a tier (NA–NF). Nursing (25 groups) and the assessment indicator complete the 5-character HIPPS: PT/OT · SLP · Nursing · NTA · AI.
